 CME

What Is Our Focus? Exercise as Medicine, Nutrition for Health, and Common MSK Problems: Benefits and Challenges.

Every day at Cycling CME is a blend of education, interacting with colleagues, and physical activity. Our CME objective is to provide necessary CME using a multi-disciplinary approach. Our groups are small, with an average of 10-12 participants, helping create an atmosphere conducive to interactive learning in a “hands-on” environment. Our learning format emphasizes group participation and workshops. In addition, we strive to communicate ideas that can apply to the patients we encounter in our daily practice.

Our CME curriculum is based on needs assessments for physicians in primary care yet includes information pertinent to other specialties. Our CME goal is continually striving to deliver quality education by regularly reviewing the literature, so our curriculum remains current…

Cycling

It's just fun to be on a bike! Whether you come for our road biking or mountain biking conference, our rides will take you through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Colorado and Italy. We craft our itineraries to include various routes as our cyclists will tackle climbs & descents and cruise on the flats. Our mountain bikers will find themselves on sweet single-track and gravel roads. We believe in active travel and enjoying the world with all our senses; we think a bike is one of the best ways to accomplish this!

Support Vehicles

For all conferences/tours, a SAG (Support And Gear) wagon will be on hand to support mechanical problems and be there if you just have had enough for the day. We will transport your bike to a bike shop for immediate attention if there is a significant mechanical problem. Your hosts and the drivers will be a cell phone call away if you have a question or need. Our support vehicle will be stocked with cold water and healthy snacks for the ride.

Your Ride Guides

In addition to your hosts, Mike and Terri Reeder, other local riders will join us as ride leaders. We hand-pick these avid cyclists and mountain bikers to know the routes, enthusiasm for biking, great advice, and good conversation!

While in Tuscany, Italy, and the Canary Islands, Spain, your ride host will be Fabio Flagiello and other skilled ride leaders at our Road Bike Conferences.

Accommodations

Our accommodations will vary from trip to trip. However, we will strive for great places to unwind and recharge. We aim to create an environment that encourages renewal from our busy lives. We want you to be rested and energized when you get back home, but there is a chance your legs will be tired!
