Conference Registration Page
We are working on future dates for our next conference to be held in Italy. We are looking at either Fall 2024 or June 2025. Thank you for being so patient as we move forward.
Road Bike Italy Conference
Dates: TBD
CME Fee: $400 (all participants needing CME accreditation will pay this fee). We will invoice the CME fee after registering with the deposit.
Conference/Tour Fee: The fee below is all-inclusive except for one date/free night, bike rental fee, and above CME fee.
Double-Occupancy Rate: $3,600 for medical participants. Bring a spouse/friend/colleague; their fee is $2,600 (Cycling CME will invoice them for their required deposit).
Single-Occupancy Rate: $4,200 is required with registration.
A deposit of $1,600 is required with registration to secure each spot. We will invoice you the balance-due amount 30 days before the conference’s start date.
Weekly Bike Rental Fee: $300 for a regular bike or $320 for an e-bike. You will be invoiced for your rental amount through Fabio Tours.

Conference Registration & CME Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
Due to our unique nature and small group setting, along with our contractual obligations, there will be no refunds for our conferences. However, we realize unplanned life issues come up, which makes changing plans a must. Therefore travel insurance is in your own best interest. Thank you for understanding.
